This product from Shenglong International Trade (Qingdao) Co., Ltd. offers high bulkness, good stiffness, and excellent one side printability. It can effectively replace ordinary thickness white card with high basis weight, meeting the requirements of green light-weight packaging.
Application:
Composition: This fiber sheet features three times coating on the printing surface and a single coating on the back side. It consists of three layers of virgin wood pulp without DIP or other waste paper pulp. The top and bottom layers are bleached chemical pulp, with BCTMP filler. Manufactured in compliance with the prohibited substances standards set by the State Council Security Office and the Ministry of Agriculture, it is free of orthophthalic substances.
Printability: With high surface smoothness, good flatness, and high whiteness, this product meets the requirements of common offset printing.
Processability: Suitable for various post-print processes such as aqueous-coating, UV-coating, polishing, and bronzing.
Storability: Exhibiting good light resistance, this product can be stored for extended periods in a non-direct sunlight environment.
